Momiji Matsuri Fair Brings Japanese Eats to Jurong Point
Japan is coming to Jurong Point with the Momiji Matsuri Fair, a food festival featuring a variety of Japanese eats. The fair runs from 6 to 18 October 2026 at JP1 Centre Stage, inviting shoppers to eat their way through an array of vendors.
Attendees can expect traditional Japanese treats such as Chestnut Sticky Rice, Chestnut Brown Sugar Steamed Cake, Bear Pancake, Mini Taiyaki, Soy Milk Pudding, and Honzukuri Warabimochi Assortment. These offerings highlight seasonal autumn flavours and classic Japanese snacks.
Grilled Eel and Hearty Mains
The fair also features savoury mains including Grilled Eel Skewer, Grilled Eel Bento, Fried Shrimp, Korobuta Pork Minced Cutlet, Special Ramen, and Deep Fried Seafood. These dishes cater to those seeking a filling meal with authentic Japanese preparation.
Autumn Salmon and Street Food Favourites
Seasonal offerings include Grilled Autumn Salmon Bento and Autumn Salmon Onigiri, alongside Fujinomiya Yakisoba with Grilled Pork, Fried Chicken, Sakura Shrimp, and Tako Yaki in assorted flavours. These items bring a taste of Japanese street food to the mall.
Sweet Treats and Desserts
For those with a sweet tooth, the fair offers Warabi Mochi Drink, Crispy Mochi Bites, Dango Sanshimi, Honey Soft Serve Ice Cream, and Super Butter Crepe with Matcha Bean Paste. Crispy Mochi Bites are also available in Green Tea and Anmochi varieties.
